Martial Arts Conditioning Seminars
Tony Li, author of Fighter's Mind/Fighter's Body, will be hosting a new series of Martial Arts Conditioning Seminars in Spring 2010.
What To Expect
Come ready to learn, get answers to your questions about training, fitness, and conditioning, and be prepared to sweat!
We'll go through an overview of all five primary aspects of physical and mental conditioning, working on specific exercises that address each one. Expect a fun, high-energy mix of strength training, coordination, balance, and flexibility work, endurance exercises, and lots of innovative ways to cultivate sensory acuity and mental toughness.
What To Bring
Arrive with workout clothes appropriate for performing bodyweight resistance exercises (such as push-ups), jumping, kicking, stretching, etc. Each paid participant receives a Fighter's Mind/Fighter's Body t-shirt.
No other equipment is required. Water bottles are recommended.
Individual seminar hosts may have their own restrictions or suggestions, so please check with them before bringing your own training equipment or non-water sports drinks.
